This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you visit stutil.com ("SmartTools", "we", "us"), why, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.

1. Data you enter into the tools

The compound interest, SIP and CAGR calculators, the JSON editor and the QR code generator run entirely in your browser. The numbers, JSON documents, text and logo images you enter are processed on your device and are not sent to or stored on our servers.

The internet speed test exchanges test data with our server to measure your connection: your browser downloads a test file and uploads randomly generated data, which the server discards immediately. We do not store the test data or save your results.

The AI image-to-video tool works differently: the image you upload, your prompt and the options you choose are sent to our server and processed by our generation service to create your video. Uploaded images and generated videos are stored on our server for 7 days so you can view and download the result, and are then deleted automatically. Please do not upload images you do not have the right to use or that contain sensitive personal information.

2. Server logs

Like most websites, our web server automatically records standard access logs (IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer and browser user agent). We use these logs only to operate and secure the site and to diagnose errors, and we delete them periodically.

3. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics (measurement ID G-80QRLM11H3) to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and roughly where visitors come from. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies and collects information such as your device, browser, approximate location and pages visited. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

4. Advertising (Google AdSense)

We use Google AdSense (publisher ID pub-5526459950576620) to show ads on some content pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website or other websites.

5. Cookies and local storage

Apart from the Google cookies described above, the site sets a first-party cookie named stutil_vid, a random anonymous identifier kept for up to one year, which the image-to-video tool uses to associate your generation tasks with your browser and to apply fair-use limits. It contains no personal information and is not used for advertising. The site also uses your browser’s local storage to remember preferences such as language. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most tools will still work (the image-to-video tool needs the stutil_vid cookie), but ads may be less relevant.

6. Children

The site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, or to object to its processing. Because we do not keep accounts and only keep image-to-video inputs temporarily, most data about you is held by Google; use the links above to manage it. We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
