These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of stutil.com ("SmartTools") and all of its tools, including the compound interest, SIP and CAGR calculators, the internet speed test, the JSON editor, the QR code generator and the AI image-to-video tool. By using the site you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Use of the tools

The tools are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. You may not use the site to break the law, to attack or overload our servers (including by automated or repeated speed tests), or to interfere with other users.

2. Your content

You are responsible for the data you enter and for the QR codes and files you create. Do not encode or distribute content that is illegal, misleading, malicious (for example links to phishing or malware sites) or infringes other people’s rights.

3. AI-generated videos

The image-to-video tool creates content automatically with AI models. Only upload images you own or have permission to use. You must not use it to create content that is illegal, sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, infringes copyright or likeness rights, or impersonates or misleads others (for example deepfakes of real people). Results may be inaccurate or unexpected, and we may refuse, limit or delete tasks, and apply usage limits per visitor, to keep the service fair and safe.

4. Informational purposes only

Results from the financial calculators are mathematical estimates for educational purposes and are not financial, investment or tax advice. Speed test results are indicative and depend on your network, device and our server. Always check important results independently.

5. No warranty

The site and tools are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend or remove any tool at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site, the tools or any results they produce.

7. Third-party services and links

The site uses third-party services such as Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Intellectual property

The site design, text and code belong to SmartTools unless stated otherwise. Output you generate with the tools (for example a QR code image) is yours to use.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
